About Sickness and Absence Management

As an employer, reducing the loss of productivity or disruption in an office is crucial. When staff members become sick, it is common for more strain and pressure to be placed on others in an environment. With our support, you can help to speed up the process of performing back to work assessments whilst making sure that any sickness is managed safely and professionally.

In most cases, sickness absence support can save money and time. On average, employees take 6.7 days off sick a year and absence costs the UK economy around £13 billion. As a large expense to employees, it is worth putting provisions into place to help staff with their work. Using an external firm to help you to manage this can change how your company approaches sickness for the better.
